Welcome to MyFashion.design
At MyFashion.design, we believe clothing should be made for people, not the other way around. Every woman deserves clothing that fits beautifully, feels comfortable, and celebrates her unique shape. That's why we don't simply sell garments, we create them specifically for you.
Unlike traditional fashion retailers, many of our garments are individually made to fit or made to order using your unique measurements and style preferences. Every order represents a partnership built on trust, craftsmanship and transparency.
These Terms & Conditions explain how our website works, the conditions that apply when you use our services or place an order, and the responsibilities we share to ensure the best possible experience.
By using our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our:

By shopping with MyFashion.design, you agree to: provide accurate personal information; provide accurate body measurements where required; review your order carefully before payment; keep your account information up to date; communicate respectfully with our team; and use our website responsibly and lawfully.

3. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that: you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian; you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; all information you provide is accurate and complete; and you will use our website only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend customer accounts or cancel orders where fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
4. Using Our Website
You are welcome to browse, shop and interact with our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: interfere with the operation or security of the website; introduce viruses, malware or harmful software; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; use automated software or bots to scrape website content; impersonate another customer; submit fraudulent orders; misuse our customer service channels; or use the website in any manner that may damage MyFashion.design or its reputation. We may restrict or terminate access where these Terms have been breached.
5. Customer Accounts
Creating a MyFashion.design account allows you to enjoy a personalised shopping experience.
Your account may include: saved measurements; previous orders; order tracking; digital purchases; wish lists; future customer features introduced by MyFashion.design. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
If you previously held an account on our legacy website, your customer information may be securely migrated to our Shopify platform. For security reasons, passwords cannot be transferred and you will be required to create a new password.
6. Products & Services
MyFashion.design currently offers, but is not limited to: Made-to-Fit Clothing, Ready-to-Wear Collections, Personal Styling, Style Analysis, Digital Style Guides, Workshops, Gift Cards. We may introduce, modify or discontinue products, services or website features without prior notice.
While we make every effort to display products accurately, slight variations in colour, fabric texture, print placement and workmanship may occur due to photography, monitor settings, fabric dye lots and the handcrafted nature of our garments. These variations are not considered defects.
7. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time your order is placed. Payment must be received in full before production or order fulfilment begins. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. MyFashion.design does not receive or store your payment card details. Where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
8. Orders
An order is considered accepted only once payment and measurements have been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where: payment cannot be verified; measurements have not been received; fraudulent activity is suspected; products become unavailable; incorrect pricing has occurred; legal or regulatory requirements prevent fulfilment. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers may request changes or cancellations before production begins. As our custom garments are fed directly into our production queue as metadata on your order, changes to custom specifications (such as stitching colour, pocket style, length, or fit choices) can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If you notice an error in your design selections or measurement profile, please reach out to our team immediately at info@myfashion.design so we can pause production and update your order preferences before fabric cutting begins. Once production of a Made-to-Fit garment has commenced after the 24 hour grace period, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible due to the personalised nature of the product.
Digital products cannot be cancelled once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law. Further information regarding cancellations and refunds is available in our Returns, Refunds & Fit Guarantee Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content available on the MyFashion.design website is the intellectual property of MyFashion.design or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to: logos; branding; website design; product photography; graphics and illustrations; videos; written content; digital downloads; Style Guides; Style Analysis content; educational resources; and software, layouts and designs. You may view, download or print content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, licence or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
11. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and functioning efficiently at all times. However, access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, software updates, technical issues, internet service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
12. Third-Party Services
To provide our products and services, we work with trusted third-party providers including, but not limited to: Shopify, Secure payment providers, Courier partners, Mobile Tailor, Klaviyo, Microsoft, Meta, Google. While we carefully select these providers, we are not responsible for the availability, functionality or privacy practices of third-party platforms. Their services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Disclaimer
We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, complete and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be free from errors or omissions. Product images, colours, measurements and descriptions are intended as a guide only. Minor variations resulting from photography, lighting, screen settings, natural fabric characteristics and handcrafted production are to be expected.
Any styling advice, recommendations or educational content provided by MyFashion.design is intended for informational purposes and should not be regarded as professional medical, health or psychological advice.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyFashion.design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services. This includes, but is not limited to: website interruptions; internet failures; courier delays; customs delays; incorrect customer measurements; incorrect delivery information; delays caused by third-party providers; events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyFashion.design, its directors, employees and representatives against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Where applicable, these Terms are intended to comply with: the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008; the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002; the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA); and any other applicable South African legislation. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services or applicable legislation. The latest version will always be published on our website together with the date it became effective. Your continued use of the website after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
