Frequently asked questions
What should I wear for the measurements?
To get the most accurate results, please wear form-fitting clothes like leggings and a fitted tee, or gym wear.
Who can see my measurements?
Only the design team will have access to your measurements. Your profile is kept safe. We only work with your measurements to create your made-to-fit garment.
Can I use my measurements for more than one order?
If you are confident that your measurements have not changed since your last order, we can use the scans again BUT if you are unsure, you have to scan again.
What if the garment doesn’t fit well, can it be returned?
If the item/s you ordered does not fit well, we will gladly do alterations for a better fit. If the item/s are just not for you, you can return the item and we will give you a store credit (return shipping costs are on you). Store credits are issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item/s. Please carefully read through our Returns & Alterations Policy.
